    The item was shipped quickly and as described. The only issue is the during shipping UPS damaged the box and the inner wrapping the part was in allowing the part to be damaged. I contacted the seller, who responded quickly, and they were able to deal with the issue. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

    The shipping packaging was tighter than one of John Wicks dinner guests! The items description was spot on! The value, was awesome for a JDM hard to find used grille. This will look awesome on my sons Subaru Legacy! Thank you for taking great care of this wonderful repurposed car part.

    Wrong part was delivered, requested that a swap be performed and seller informed that the part would have to be sent back first. Upon asking for a shipping label to be sent to me so that this swap could be performed, the seller never responded. Unprofessional behavior, I returned the item under Ebay policy due to lack of response from the seller. Had to purchase a part elsewhere.

    AS PER EBAY POLICIES U WOULD OF HAD TO SEND IT BACK THROUGH THEM ANYWAY AND DID I SWAP WITH THEM AS THE PURCHASE WAS DONE THROUGH EBAY ONCE WE GOT THE OTHER ONE BACK WE COULD OF SHIPPED U THE CORRECT ONE BUT IT ALL HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH EBAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE
