  As for service, we had limited ability to communicate with our seller so I canceled the order and then was able to communicate and they appropriately changed the mailing address and didn't cancel my order as I still wanted to send it. I received the package verified by tracking number 2 or more days earlier than the expected date listed on my receipt. However, we never looked inside the box because the box specified the item inside to be the Iced deer family when I ordered the gold.

  Did NOT receive the actual item ordered. The item selected and paid for was substituted for an item of different color/appearance. When seller was contacted regarding this error, the response seemed to be an automated reply. Basically saying you got what you ordered just in a different color. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

  Cancelled order within 1 hr as ordered wrong color by mistake. Had to take delivery still but they did refund my purchase in full at return of the item. Their offering popped up when I had done a search for graphite color - theirs was granite color.
