  Lovely frame. Took a while to receive but the issue was beyond seller's control. Slight error in printing as I'm sure I asked for the wording to be 'I love and not 'We love Have decided not to return for ammendment as the frame and etchings are really gorgeous. Seller communication good

  Never arrived...... Kept on giving excuses as to why it was going to be late. I did get a refund but it wasn't about getting my money back, it was about getting the service that I paid for, the item to be delivered and on time. It was supposed to be for a birthday present but because of the poor service, I had to rush around to buy something else.... If an issue they should've changed delivery time on the ad. Not impressed

  Lovely glass. Packed very well with a beautiful gift bag to complement it. After a slight problem with postage this seller went above & beyond to make sure I received this purchase. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend. Thanks :-)
