  Did there best to fix a problem E-bey created. Items ordered Sept. 16 canceled within miin's because of wrong shipping address. sept. 17 recived E-mail can't cancel, Shipped. A lie Contacted E-bey said they would cancel order. E-bey didn't contact vender to cancel. Sept. 18 recived E-mail items shipped. E-mailed vender to recall shipment. In prorgress Need you refund my charge card.

  These 1/2" x 10" anchor bolts arrived right on time. They were packaged well and in perfect condition. They are galvanized and appear to be of high quality. We needed two different sizes for the job that we were working on, and this seller had both sizes.
