  They mix up my order with another customer oreder then had is ship them to each other just for them to get lost and refuse to awnser the phone for help and package is still lost and wont refund money worst place to buy fish finder just go to the store and spend a little more and get ur products or order from a trust worthy company this is not that

  A label error happened, and we spent $400+ on overnight shipping to fix it. USPS losing the package was beyond our control, but we filed claims and kept you informed. Despite this, you repetitively harassed us, cursed at us, and called us liars.. The unit arrived protected and intact. Harassment and baseless accusations are unacceptable and have been reported to eBay.
