  The quality was in great shape & within its original packaging when I recently purchased & received the item. Since it was a NEW item & has been discontinued from the manufacturer I did not mind spending the funds for my nephew, who absolutely adores this Turtle game. It's appearance was near pristine & in original packaging covered in a plastic bag.

  I contacted seller immediately after placing the order same day. Item said processing. A week later I got an email saying it was shipped. There is no tracking information and it has never been shipped since July 23, 2025. I want a refund and cancel please. Ridiculous.
