  Didn’t come with large strap, seller didn’t answer me and only accepted my offer which was rude. Should make it known in the description if a product is missing something. Shipping and packaging were well, should have been cheaper since it’s missing the big strap.

  Buyer sent a question on 01/19 that was an oversight on our part for not answering. Purchase was made on 01/30. However, the description stated that it does not come with the crossbody strap. Photos also do not show any strap. Sent an apology to the buyer for not replying to the question.
