  Computer shipped and arrived quickly. It was also very well packaged. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it was missing RAM and SSD, which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the seller about it, who responded very quickly, offering a partial refund. Since I was able to find the missing parts for about the same sum as the refund, I accepted. Although I wish the seller had been a little more careful about verifying the product, I was happy with his resolution of the issue

  Shipping was horrible but the seller made things right by sending me another one out when I didn't receive the first one. Then when the other finally arrived, I was told to keep both. Seller is definitely legitimate and I would definitely use them again!

  Excelente shipping time , item arrived on time and satisfied with my purchase, as matter of fact I was worried about the item ( return, used or refurbished!!) But the item was sealed in it's original box , nice price and nice seller!!!
