  I had a negative experience and they did not make it right. I bought a $14.13 piece of foam rubber from them which arrived in the time window as promised. They advertise this foam as being 54" long but it arrived 24" long. More than half of it was missing. I offered them the option to refund me the difference but they instead chose to give me a return envelope (which never materialized) to send it back. I recommend staying clear of this seller!

  This seller was contacted on the 3rd day after I paid, asked for the tracking #. The response was that "the carrier reported it lost in Shipment". Funny how can it be lost when it was not shipped. I don't know if there is a connection, But I ordered the exact same item, from 3 different sellers, and they all have send the exact same Email to me that my shipment was lost shortly after it was paid. I have received refunds from all 3 sellers. But there's something shady going on with this item.
