  I love Samovar Gallery and the opportunity I get to buy such lovely paintings by so many great and talented artists in such good prices!! The paintings from close have always been exactly as expected and described, the packaging is very secure and they always arrive in perfect condition without any defects! I have bought more than 35 paintings from Samovar so far for my house decoration, so I never get stressed about authenticity, quality and value when I wanna buy a new one! Shipping is fast!

  What went well - very nice art, good photo of it, packed well, they have talented artists, they ship where, so far, I have not had to pay a tariff which I appreciate. What went poorly - incredibly slow to ship, delayed so long with combined shipping code it was too late, refused to refund the difference of combing 4 paintings, poor, slow to no communication depending on what you asked, very slow to answer and when they did ignored the shipping issue.

  Shipping took a while but just how this shops shipping handles it the packaging was very good the tape did tear the plastic a tiny bit but didn’t damage the item which I’m happy about was as described I think it was worth the 40 dollars a+++++

  This is a stunningly beautiful painting - even better than I expected from the listing photos! It arrived very carefully packaged between thick, sturdy foam boards, with the painting in a plastic sleeve, and a waterproof-looking outer bag on the outside.
