  Very professional seller, there was a mistake made and the wrong item was shipped. They immediatly offered to cover return shipping and ship the right item. However, I had bid on the other item that was shipped, but had not met reserve price. We agreed on a price minus shipping and I purchased the item that was originally shipped. And have also recieved the original item. Easy to deal with great seller. Honest mistakes happen, how you handle them makes the difference.

  My little dog arrived damaged in the mail, contacted the seller, who responded immediately, looked at the photo's and issued a full refund immediatly. How is that for great, great customer service. No hassle at all. Thank you boxankles.
