Staff was friendly, though I did have a had time finding the correct place to pick up and I had to wait for the crew to finish lunch. I traveled 2 hours for in person pick up, so no shipping fees. In the end, the item worked! A happy surprise since they didnt have the items necessary to test it. All in all a good experience, and getting this item for a mere $15 is absolutely unfathomable, especially in this good shape. I am very very happy.
