  Overall good experience. The winch is exactly as advertised. It only took three weeks to get to me in South Africa. I’m very happy with the winch and the price. Packaging was good. My only comment is on the surprisingly slow logistics in the US. The parcel took longer to get from when I paid the vendor in Massachusetts to delivery at my shipping company in New York, than it did from New York to delivery in South Africa. Not complaining, just surprised.

  The product was as advertised. It works perfectly. The seller was prompt, the item is new, the packaging was good. The USPS managed to ship the item to a city 3 hours away, after it had arrived in my city, which added 3 days to the delivery, but not the seller’s fault.

  I ordered from this vendor and was able to get them to ship it to me by UPS instead of USPS, and it arrived a couple of days later. The part was exactly what I needed and worked out great. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. Fast responses, accommodating to requests and shipped promptly. 5 stars across the board.
