  I ordered the Cezanne product and accidentally shipped it to a previous address. I was able to have the property managers at my old address mark the package “return to sender.” The seller kindly notified me once it was received back into inventory and promptly reshipped it to my current address. I received the product in excellent condition, carefully packed to prevent any leakage. Throughout the entire process, the seller was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with.

  I ordered two hairbrushes from the seller. One came scratched up and damaged. I contacted the seller, who said i could send it back, no apology. Very rude. I am not paying out of pocket to send back a damaged product u sent to me. It was suposed to be brand new. I will not be a repeat customer. Buyer beware from this seller.

  I’m a repeat customer here! Item was as described. Great value. Unfortunately this time, item’s package was damaged during shipment (the item itself was safe.) I personally planned to save the package for a reference of directions, so it was a little bit of a disappointment…
