Seller promptly offered the opportunity to return the item even though it was listed as non returnable. After further discussion, we instead came to a very fair solution to split up the unexpected repair costs.

  The unit developed a problem that the service tech didn't find and after contacting the seller, they HAPPILY accepted the unit back. That is "over & beyond" great customer service. A very highly recommended seller who stands behind their items.
