  Seller incorrectly described the item - 2 qt vs 4 qt When I contacted them about it, they were dismissive and I ended up having to go out of my way to repackage the item and deliver it to a shipper that was not convenient for me. The shipper was only open from 9 to 4 and I work. I had requested that they use a shipper that would pick up at my residence. The seller was more intent on minimizing their costs for their mistake at my expense. Very disappointed in my experience with this seller.

  I sincerely apologize for my listing mistake. Buyer was offered an immediate full refund upon return. I'm sorry but I was not able to accommodate a shipper that would pick up for you. Customer satisfaction is important to me.

  This Seller is amazing and has VERY high integrity!! The shoes got lost in the mail and the Seller offered to refund me. We both tried with the USPS to obtain more information but we were unable. This Seller was interested and very responsive. I do not hold this Seller responsible in any way, as this is squarely USPS's fault!! I would and will buy from this Seller again in the future!! (Also, if the shoes do magically show up, I will reimburse the Seller - no questions asked!) AMAZING SELLER!!!!
