They were very polite and communicative throughout the shipping process and even offered me $7 off my additional purchases. Dispatch was swift and the items arrived well before their scheduled date. Packaging was excellent, lots of bubble wrap in a small parcel bag. The games themselves are in fantastic condition, exactly as described in their listings.   Package arrived surprising early considering the distance. The game was in a pretty good state with little to no signs of wear. Also, the seller was by far the nicest seller I've ever dealt with.
