  I’ve received the item on time. The packaging was done very well. It was wrapped in plastic brand new out of the box. The price compared to other places were cheaper and competitive. I will definitely be ordering from this vendor in the future.

  The seller couldn’t find the SL-1300 I originally purchased and offered to send an SL-1700 instead, urging me to respond. I responded within 30 minutes, but they still didn’t ship for a week and ignored multiple messages. The seller stated the turntable was fully working, but it arrived with a broken stylus and still doesn’t play properly even after replacement—it now needs repair. Overall, the item was not as described, and the communication was disappointing.

  The seller ONLY sells the cameras in Japanese. However, the seller's description doesn't mention this! The seller responded to my complaint in a completely unfriendly manner. He didn't attempt to resolve my problem and didn't help me further. I hope eBay can help me further. This shop is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.
