  I purchased a charger from this company for £16,48 ,,, almost 2 months ago , after a month they informed me the package has got lost and we send you another one , now the new one arrived and not working and they offered me £ 2 then 3/4/5/6/7 ,,, as compensation !!! Its a total con and its a micky mouse company do not deal with them , they give bad name to other good and respectable chanies company

  Well where do I start, they arrived very late I can forgive that because they came from China, WARNING DO NOT BUY anything from this seller, I ordered two of these chargers one didn’t work straight away the other did for a day then it was as useless as the other one. Then I asked for a refund they asked if I could get it fixed locally, then they offered me a 3 pound refund on one when they cost 16 pounds each. And then the plug exploded. DONT BUY OFF THIS SELLER!!!!!!!

  I ordered this product but never received it. According to track & Trace it was stuck at the airport in the Netherlands for more than a month. I contacted the seller several times but they just kept asking me to be patient. Finally I claimed a refund which they eventually agreed to. I still do not know why the product was not delivered to me.

  Avoid this seller! Labelled as ‘Rapunzel’ hair oil in the title of the item but a fake arrived. Seller refused a full refund.
