  I'm going to give this a positive rating because the seller solved the shipping issue (it took 25 days to arrive), and I am aware that ALOT of change has been happening with tariffs and duties...but I did ALL of the communicating to resolve this. no tracking # until after two inquires...you need to do better with communication.

  Item was listed as located in the USA but actually was in India thus took weeks to arrive. If I wanted to take the chance of shipping from India I could have saved money as many offered the same for less from there. The item was well packaged but the tip of the cane was a low quality soft rubber that came off on first use. No response to email. Seller violated ebay policies by listing it as located in the USA.

  Seller contacted me and explained that they ran out of the product in the USA and had to bring in from India. He also offered to send me another stick because of the problem with tip of the one I received. Although according to EBAY I cannot rescind the negative feedback I believe the seller acted in a responsible manner in the end.

  Hochwertige Ware (Wandlampen), alles wie beschrieben und gut verpackt ! Gute Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. Das Versandunternehmen FedEx ist allerdings fürchterlich!!! Nicht zu erreichen zur Vereinbarung von Lieferterminen (man drohte schon die Sendung zu vernichten…) etc. Aber auch hier tat der Verkäufer was, von Indien aus, in seiner Macht stand.

  The packaging was compact and safely packed, item arrived in great condition. The general quality is fantastic, the only low point being maybe the leather straps being thin and not too hard-wearing. It looks fantastic, the quality of the fluting being a major high point. I intend to add photos to my feedback at a later date. Very pleased with this product and seller, thank you!
