  Communication was good? I returned item as tried to cancel but they sent anyway? Full Refund. Some pics on there item states led battery indicator then some pictures aint so did not know what I would receive. All sorted though with ebay?

  The replacement battery I received for the Dyson V7 vacuum cleaner was faulty and did not work. The seller agreed to refund me rather than send a replacement, which on the one hand was good, though on the other hand, raised question marks as to the quality of the product being advertised.
