  Thank You very much for the two Key's for my friends Gun safe in his Truck!!! I received them about 16:00 hr, and took them to him, He was at the VA all day and called me when he got home. I asked him if his wife gave them to him. He said she was not home, so I told him what to look for and he found them, and I told him to go out and try them and call me back. I just got off the phone with you made him a very happy man, Thank You & God Bless Bill

  I got the wrong number key.. I asked to exchange for the correct number, and was told they don’t make it. ??? So I asked for a refund…. Nope. Says the keys are custom. They are numbered! He can resell my keys! Totally dissatisfied. Where’s the customer service? Use caution with this seller.

  You took a chance on ordering a key that was totally different from the key code stamped on your lock? It's not supposed to fit. You were told up front that they are custom made and non-refundable. I'm sorry your gamble didn't pay off.
