  I received two pieces today from the seller and both pieces were absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition exactly as described Shipping was extremely fast and packaging was perfect. Both pieces arrived without a scratch on them. I do feel that I got a good value by buying these two pieces together from the seller.   This seller has exceptional communication. While unpacking the dish, I found a chip not disclosed in pics or text. No shards in the box so was there before shipping. He missed it. Through several emails we came to an agreement. Neither of us wanted to be unfair. I took a partial refund. eBay has a weird way of figuring partial refunds. The numbers don't fit. But long story short, I am satisfied with this seller's willingness to make it right and his quick followup. Tu!

  I received the Fitz & Floyd Christmas Candy Lane reindeer salt & pepper set today and my, oh, my, how lovely! VERY nice size, too! They will be in my kitchen all winter. I am very happy, too, with the price and shipping charges!! They were packaged really well for mail delivery. THANK YOU! I will keep this seller in my favorites list.
