  My babe absolutely loves his mask. Item was in new condition packaged well sent off quickly. Described as pictured and I got exactly what was pictured. Good quality mask great value for the price that I paid. I got really good deal on my mask. Package well shipped off quickly. Thankful for a positive experience.   Item comes in a tin. It was to be used as a gift. It arrived wrapped in 1 thin sheet of bubble wrap and put in a plastic envelope. It arrived dented and smashed. Sellers only response was 30 return policy. Why should I have to go through the hassles of the return process/ return shipping and re-ordering new item when it was poorly/ improperly packaged in the first place? It was seller negligence. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to fix it.

  We sell thousands of these, and they never get damaged like this. This was the shipping service's negligence. It's unfortunate that it happened, but it's also why we offer a gracious 30-day free return policy on almost all of our items, this one included.

  I was a little worried when I opened the package and the dice were knocking around each other, but they were in individual bags and there were no scratches. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the shipping was very fast! I would purchase from this seller again.
