  Item was listed as used, but looks and works like new. Came nicely packed with original shipping gaurds in place, complete with heat/cool subbase, mounting screws, installation instructions and a wiring diagram which made hookup with my oddball system a snap. Great bargain and great seller.

  Product was the exact in one in the pictures, just as described. It was packaged pretty well, lots of bubble wrap to keep it protected. It arrived fairly quickly, and in a reasonable amount of time. Although it was listed as untested, it thankfully was in perfect working order. Given the current market pricing of these clusters, I'm glad I came across this listing. Thank you for all the care you took in getting it to me!
