  Item received had been worn with marks and creases confirming such, low grade odd odor, with one sleeve inner lining repaired- not in sink with the quality of the brand- tag attached as in true form to BC however missing information referencing the item in question. All together indicating intentional action by the vendor. Vendor response to above was dismissive with formality. Options by vendor to correct wrong not considered reasonable in lieu of the suggested intentional misrepresentation.
