  Rugged roads are about as reliable as you'll find as a seller in any form on ebay, or throuh their own website. If they say same day dispatch, they mean it! I ordered a part about 9am, and it was already on the road to me by dinner, and was delivered bang on time the following day. Absolutely impeccable service! Thank you for your fantastic service, rugged roads.

  Excellent quality product which arrived well packaged and within time. I fitted 1 very easily last night, so can recommend them for ease of installation and having reached out to the manufacturer, they responded quickly when I asked if thread lock was required or not; it’s not, though can be used!!

  L'oggetto è ok. é il venditore che è poco serio,ho dovuto aggiungere 64,49 euro per poter ritirare l'oggetto,ho provato a chiedere spiegazioni al venditore due volte, ma lui non ha risposto. Una maggiorazione che lui avrebbe dovuto dichiarare nell'annuncio. pertanto sconsiglio a tutti di comprare da questo venditore. dimenticavo,èarrivato con una stettimana di ritardo.

  I am sorry there was an issue. As you are outside the UK, you have the pay the VAT element of your order when it lands in your country. The reason for the delay was because you had not paid the import fees due. Once you had paid this sum your order was delivered to you straight away. Unfortunately we have no sway on import fees and this system has been in place for several years.
