Their team sent out a personalized email notification letting me know they received my order then followed it up with a second email letting me know it had shipped. It was drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrived well packaged in great shape. Will definitely purchase from Rudy's Performance Parts again.

Customer service was prompt but not receptive to any kind of help.

I contacted them and they responded very quickly and they made things right. I will definitely buy from them with confidence in the future.

They communicate with you they ship fast and the part is always right. I’m a repeat buyer and will continue to have them help me. I bought some ball joints in the past and asked for stickers you would have thought it was in the order. One of the best on here.

The packaging was in great condition (I'm assuming original, factory packaging). They appear to be of very good quality and heavy duty. I didn't see much value, price wise, but noone can beat Kryptonite's warranty so I didn't mind paying. Rudy's will definitely get more business from me in the near future!
