  These guys are great, I ordered some kryptonite lower ball joints and they arrived in a box looking pretty beat up with the packages open.(could have been a restock or it could have been the mail carrier) with some cosmetic blemishes and missing a grease zert and cotter pin. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and they made things right. I will definitely buy from them with confidence in the future.

  That was actual real shipping. Not like 3 days later on my filter I paid the extra money. Get it quicker instead of buying a cheaper one. Probably would have been here faster. Not doing that again. Bought it from the same person. They did it the same last time. The order on the 5th. They don't put it until the 8th. That's what I get for buying the most expensive these people here know what real shipping is and customer service definitely go with them second time ordering both times. Excellent!

  Haven't installed the UCA's yet but they arrived 1 day ahead of scheduled delivery. The packaging was in great condition (I'm assuming original, factory packaging). They appear to be of very good quality and heavy duty. I didn't see much value, price wise, but noone can beat Kryptonite's warranty so I didn't mind paying. Rudy's will definitely get more business from me in the near future!

  Rudy's had very good communication and shipped quickly! We had 1 ice and 2 snow storms from P/U to delivery, so a delay was expected, but not 24 days! Thanks Rudy's filters arrived although the box looked like a large softball.
