  seller sent wrong item, they said they put the wrong label on it. no big deal we are human . i wasn't going to wait for my original item to be returned back to them and then resent out to me .that could have been several weeks of wait on the minimum . i am only giving negative because he stated in my feedback he would have given me less than positive feedback if he could . for what ? because i didn't wait. ebay don't offer exchange they offer a return . anything else would have timed out .

  I shipped the incorrect item in a very similar box with different label, my mistake it can happen. Buyer initiated a return for item not as described with no contact to correct the issue, I attempted to contact the buyer who did not want to entertain an exchange, I immediately issued a return label and a refund was immediately issued upon return of the item. Ebay does not allow a seller to give anything but a positive review of buyers, some buyers take advantage of this feature, do better Ebay!
