  Seller was SUPER nice and understanding of my situation with this fan as it was actually missing parts and the head of the fan was being held in by 2 bolts which I could not see in the photos but the seller had no idea that the bolts and parts missing were a issue so the seller was nice to give me a partial refund, the fan was packaged great and arrived safe. Thanks to the seller understanding that and being nice enough to refund me for it I am happy it even though it’s just parts.
