  The seller was great at communicating as initially, I had received the wrong size for the insoles I ordered. I reached out and they were able to resolve my issue, sending me my correct size. The seller was even generous allowing me to keep or sell my incorrect size as I even offered to return them! In the end, I got what was described, it was packaged neatly, and shipping was very swift.
