  Great value and seems to work fine; arrived loose in a plastic bag rather than in a box as shown and was a little scratched when closely examined, although functionally absolutely fine.

  Wrong item sent. Contacted the seller and requested a correct replacement but did not received any response. It took a week for the return label to be issued and another week for the refund. Very poor response and communication. I've been driving for two weeks without a rear wiper due to incorrect part been sent by the seller and not engaging to resolve the issue.
