  Good service, parcel sent quickly and packing was ok. Very good price but ordered 20 empty cases and was told warehouse sent wrong item. I got 25 sealed Nordic bluray films, so had to break it down to reuse the cases, which I wasn't expecting. Contacted seller who suggested warehouse issue to blame meaning the listing was correct and did not need updating or new pictures. Great price but has already caused me to look elsewhere for next 2 orders for a little project. A shame really....

  Wrong item sent by mistake, seller said to keep these solar lights and they would send correct solar lights. Unfortunately the ones I wanted were then out of stock so full refund was given. Communication was excellent and helpful, always replied promptly to my messages, I would definitely order from this seller again ...... recommended seller.

  Fantastic service. Although the items ordered were not all available, alternative items were sourced. Communication was excellent throughout. Very quickly dispatched. Received less than 20 hours later. Certainly wouldn’t hesitate to deal with seller again. Everything 5 star about the transaction.

  Quick dispatch, as described on description, however please remove the word EMPTY from product title as didn’t read the description due to everything being as we were looking for in the title! Now unwrapping and emptying 300 dvd boxes!!
