  Very happy with my purchase. The box was damaged as stated but item was in perfect condition. I feel very good that I received a good product at a great price. Communication with seller was good, at first It hought I'd have to wait for relpy to 1st question. Stress on my part, but questions were answered in good time. First purchase to have shipped to our new home in Panama and using a freight forwarding service.

  Item was just as described "damaged box." Reading other reviews for this item, for this seller, I decided to order it. The box was damaged but everything inside of the box was undamaged. Great working with this seller. Great communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised. Will be buying more from RSK Cosmetics in the future.

  Received the product as described. I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

I had to cancel my first order because I entered the incorrect address and the seller was very accommodating and quick to respond. I reordered and the item was delivered very quickly, of excellent quality and in perfect condition. The item was very well packaged to ensure that the items arrived without damage.   When I received item, it was in a box that was not the set that I had purchased. Instead of opening the box, I contacted the seller and described this problem. Seller was very accommodating offered me a discount. I did wait to open the box and the ordered was correct but there was a missing piece, which was one of the reasons why I shipped back.

  I honestly can’t come up with an adequate adjective to describe exactly how beautiful this timepiece is. To be honest the pictures in the listing doesn’t do this time piece justice that said, the  description, and photos were very well represented. Very securely packaged and quickly shipped. This is a seller that I have bought from before and every time the service has been more than excellent… Thank you very much.
