  Despite Evri showing they had the item, they totally failed to deliver. I know it was only a fiver but the seller couldn't have been nicer in terms of immediately offering a replacement or a refund. Replacement item arrived well on time, nicely packaged. Highly recommend this seller on their honesty, communication and level of customer service. Thank you!

  Very helpful seller. Replaced a mouthpiece that had been damaged in shipping. The second one also got a little bit damaged (though not severely) so I think it would be worth getting some more robust packaging materials. It’s a good starter mouthpiece and great value

  Very slow delivery, after nearly two weeks I finally received my order, the packaging was very strong and the item was as described but I wouldn't order from China again i would rather find a UK seller.
