  Sold as new, but was opened by the seller and powered up before shipping, suspicious intentions. Box came damaged and unsealed. When questioned the seller became hostile and pushy. They didn't process a refund and eBay had to step in.

  My pole mount arrived partially broken. But mostly in usable state. Partial Blame goes to the seller for not packaging it right. And USPS.
