  The seller is amazing, and excellent to deal with. I messaged the seller if item could overnight and few minutes later seller reached out to me making sure item delivers on time. The shipment arrived in a perfect condition and the item matches accurately as advertised.   I ordered this as a gift and was so disappointed... the seller said it was brand new, but what I got was clearly used, damaged, and tossed in cheap wrapping with no box at all!! Last year I bought the sunflower sunglasses from spirit and they came in nice proper packaging, so I know this wasn’t right. The seller wouldn’t even admit they were used, and that makes this a very untrustworthy experience overall.

  The buyer initially purchased the item for an event scheduled on the 31st. After the item was delivered, they raised concerns, claiming the item was used. We assured the buyer that the item was brand new and never used.In an effort to provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction, we promptly offered a full refund along with a prepaid return shipping label. Despite several days having passed since the label was provided, the buyer has yet to return the item.It is concerning

  Item shipped promptly and arrived as described. The shipping packaging left a lot to be desired though and arrived quite banged up. The lack of any additional cushioning material inside the box could've ended with the contents being damaged as a result, though thankfully they were not. Seller needs to do a bit better job with packaging in the future, but the items themselves are great. Thanks.

  The pricing was inconsistent. After I purchased, the seller lowered the price and added a coupon. When I asked about a price match, my order was canceled. I was willing to repurchase, but the item was never available again. My messages were ignored and the service was poor.
