  the bell housing arrived cracked, the seller was initially hesitant about accepting a return; however, ebay facilitated a cost-free return and i received a refund. a good ebay experience overall.

  Purchased an item that was shown by the seller to be in good condition. The item was a truck door panel, I received a torn box with part of the door door panel sticking out, the panel was damaged and split in half. No padding was used when packing the door panel, basically wasted time and money; the panel is useless. The seller was not helpful in fixing this issue, buy somewhere else.

  The item was in great condition as shown in the pictures and safely package but damaged on transit on the carrier behalf, with evidence to prove the claim. I repeatedly kept asking the buyer to open a return request to refund him his money and never did. The item was damage but something that was easily fixable but the buyer never open a return request, I did my part to provide a solution on a fixable problem

  Well packed. Timely delivery. One small dent under the O of Tacoma. Still the best condition of any I could find at the time. Pleased with the purchase. Camera cable worked well. Thank you.
