The shipping came on time. As for the actual product, the Gem it's self. The pictures of the gem looked great but after receiving the gem I realized that the pictures did not do the Gem justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! The cuts are perfect, the light reflection is spectacular! I am extremely happy and satisfied with This product and very much recommend them to anyone

I would say either charge more for shipping and make it faster or keep it as is and drop the additional $3 charge for slow shipping. I would buy from this seller again for sure. 👍
