  Three times I told seller that I did NOT receive what I ordered, and three times I have been ignored. I ordered the tropical scent as shown on order, but received linen instead I did not order. Seller will not answer me back. Thus the negative review. Shipping took a long time just to get wrong item

  I prsonally investigated this case. Here's what happened - First buyer claimed that they didn't recieve the package. When we showed them evidence tracking number and photos of their house they suddenly stopped responding and left negative feedback instead. And the feedback is just a blatant lie.
