  I didn't receive the item that the seller was advertising and showed a picture of. I sent him a message but did not hear back from him. He sent me a tool that was similar but not the one I ordered or that he was advertising Jim

  I don't know why you have to lie about It but I am sure (and I did investigate this case) It was exactly as advertised and pictured. Only email you sent us was regarding delivery dates and we did answer It in a timely manner and the package was delivered way ahead of your estimate delivery dates. Thanks for the appreciation!

  Seller drop ships item from Home Depot, item is 28.00 dollars from Home Depot, seller orders from them and drop ships to me at a price of 54.00 dollars, is that even legal? Very upset about price increase, tried contacting seller but after a couple emails, seller quit responding. I could have gone to Home Depot myself and saved 26.00 dollars

  Your pereception of things doesn't mean they are true. We re-use boxes from various origins to cut the cost. Making false claims and being extremely rude is not how intelligent humans communicate. Thanks
