  Excellent item and very well packaged. Communication was good, seller went out of his way to ensure early delivery for me after ebay calculated a longer delivery. Seller went above and beyond to pack and post the item despite being on holiday. Cannot recommend seller enough. Thank you A+++++++++++

A postal strike here and slow return to work delayed receipt -- absolutely no fault of the seller -- but also delaying my expression of appreciation both for making the part available, and packaging it so carefully that it arrived without drama or fuss. Seller was communicative all the way through the process, and the part was as described and better, and will be of great value to me as I fine-tune my panel lights' function. Thank you, Pierre!

  Very good eBayer, items are original equipment or factory approved equivalents, of good quality , condition and appearance, excellent value. Good comms, let me know that the delivery would be delayed and refunded some of the postage cost. Will defo use again . Highly recommend.

  We have had a problem with delivery, NOT the fault of sender, delay in delivery depot resulting in a non delivery claim and subsequent repayment! The delivery was then made whilst I was away, and I am now in contact with the seller to arrange for payment to be made again !! Parts are exactly what I wanted and the quality is bang on ! ALL PROBLEMS WERE CAUSEDBY THE DELIVERY COMPANY!! Consequently my rating for postage is very low!!
