  It's a Christmas present so it hasn't been opened yet. But ordering was easy. The seller was very responsive and mailed the package out fast and it arrived on time. It was well packaged. And we made a request to have the box marked "Do not open until Christmas" and they honored the request. So it was a good experience. Once the box is open adn the product seen we will see if it matched the details.

  This seller is outstanding. She went above and beyond what most sellers do. Item was double boxed and well secured in place with filling material. The item was exactly as described. This is a very heavy piece of pottery. I would definitely purchase from her again.

  I absolutely love my Chatty Cathy. I was a little nervous about buying her because her condition seemed too good to be true. I didn't want to pass her up though. Her seller wrapped her so nicely and securely. She arrived here safely. It took awhile for her to come. She was stuck in some distribution center for awhile. I am very happy with this seller. I always look to see what she has that's new. I would highly recommend her.
