It was stated to be "new" and appears to be so, however the bubble wrap packaging was not original as the drone was apparently pulled from full DJI kit. No propeller guard was included, however I already have that from my previous drone this one is replacing. If you are replacing a lost or damaged drone, this seller seems to have the best price.

However, due to a manufacturing defect of the micro OLED screens (DJI's fault, not RotorLogic), I returned the item.
