It was first delivered while we were at the hospital and the mailman returned it. I contacted the seller and they were so understanding and shipped the item back to us.   I was messaged the same day I purchased my item and was informed about when she would be shipping my it and showed appreciation which made the transaction feel more friendly I really liked that! I received item super fast and the packaging was very nice. The product was just as described and honestly better then what I expecting! The value/price in total was worth it to me for the experience of shopping with seller and it was my kids favorite toy I misplaced so I would have paid double 😭
