  Ask for a refund before the item even shipped!! No response from the seller! But when I did receive the item, it was poorly packaged!! It was shipped inside a plastic bag! Half of the straws were smashed and the paper seal was ripped, making those straws useless!! Non existing customer service whatsoever!! Very poor packaging from the seller!! Be warned!

  Was packaged very nice and was in excellent condition but took awhile to get but wasn't the sellers fault it was the inclimant weather in my area that delayed the delivery.
