  So i received the one i ordered for the gears, except it was the wrong one. So contacted them and he explained to me that it to me that it was the right one for the pickup but wrong for the gears I ordered from them. So he arranged when I ship the wrong one back they will inspect and if all is good will ship the right one. So I will be receiving the right spool in couple days. Thank you guys so much for being honest and great people. Will refer to more people.

  Ordered an aftermarket rear differential for our LS Swapped shop truck, was unaware it required a set of conversion bearings. I sent a message through eBay (after-hours), questioning which bearings I needed. I received a message back in exactly 3 minutes with the exact part numbers. As the owner of a high-volume mechanical shop, I will definitely be purchasing from here again. Perfect example of high-quality customer service.
