I mentioned that I collect Rail memorabilia from a defunct company, dug in the crates for me and found a bunch of items that I purchased & was highly interested in. Nicest seller I’ve ever dealt with on eBay. Communication was spot on and even spoke to me about the history of what I purchased because it was local. Thank you!!!!!!!

  The item arrived damaged (the arm had broken off). But the seller was very prompt in responding to questions about the listing and the item was shipped quickly. It could have been packaged better (added bubble wrap or paper between the arm and body) but care was taken. I should be able to repair this item (the seller disclosed a repair that was already needed prior to purchase, so I was going to do repairs anyway) overall, a good experience with this seller. Honest and prompt.

  Superb. Items are scarce as seller described and were received prompty in excellent condition. Items were also enclosed in oversized packaging to avoid losing in mail and were adequately safely packaged. Wonderful addition to my collection.

  I was taken aback by the size of the annual report. I am so used to full sized reports! I guess it is my fault as I really didn't read the description. Shipping was quite fast, secure in a nice card envelope. I will watch this dealer for future items. A-1 on their end, C minus on my part!
