  The item was received in brand new condition as described however the wrong model was sent to me by mistake. The seller was very fast to communicate and did everything he could to make it right. I was fully refunded very quickly and was able to return the item without any issues. Even though I got the wrong model, I still recommend this seller.

  I had entered the wrong address. Seller still had “sent” so it couldn’t be canceled. No communication, but this was likely due to a weekend. Soon enough seller responded and updated shipping to the correct address I had provided. Shipping was fast! Item looks like new shimano Deore group set. Great value

  The groupset was as advertised. A few very small scratches, but it seemed to be new. I had a few problems installing it, which were my fault, but I emailed Ronde, and they helped me troubleshoot the problem, and using one of their suggestions solved the problem, and it is working fine now. I was impressed by how fast they responded, sometimes within minutes of my emails. Ronde is great, I would buy from them again. Thanks, Ronde!

  Good quality cassette and these guys are great with GREAT communication! They allowed a return no questions asked at no cost to me, provided I reject the delivery. Easy enough. BTW, you usually can't go wrong with Shimano quality and performance compared to cheaper products. I returned it simply because I decided to go a different direction with the drivetrain on the bike I'm building for my grandson. Thank you!
