  The seller was so conscientious and sweet! It was such a dream to work with Romayu because they messaged me in advance to ensure I had the right model. Luckily, I managed to choose the right model! Romayu exceeded my expectations because they were a prepared, honest, and diligent seller.   I ordered this item and almost immediately realized it would not arrive by the date I needed it. I contacted the seller and they promptly cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. Even though I needed to cancel my order, they had great and courteous customer service.
